Evil Works For God

That’s Right! Evil was created by God and is employed by Him. How can we choose right from wrong if there is no wrong? God allows that wrong to serve His purpose.

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. —Isaiah 45:7

Many Christians believe that evil is a force that operates independently in rebel against God but that’s not true! God created evil TO WORK FOR HIM.  ALL POWER comes from God- no exceptions. The evil spirits that use their power to work through the false prophets receives that power from God. I know that can be a hard pill to swallow, and perhaps to some a bit confusing nonetheless it’s the truth. Satan can not exist without God allowing him to, after all Satan was created by God.

God gives evil permission to continue among us to give us the opportunity to exercise our God given right to free will, to choose between good and evil. God doesn’t force us to obey Him, He gives us the freedom to choose, and since obedience to God isn’t forced upon us, evil must exist to give us an option opposite to obedience.

*”Choose this day whom you will serve, as for me and my house we shall serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15

*“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

  1. This has to be my favorite of your pages (well, at least one of them). This is clearly written in the bible yet there are so many people who don’t want to hear this much less read it, but it’s there and it’s the truth! ALL THINGS work together for good….. You have to really want to be a truth seeker to bend your mind to see how it ALL works for God and FOR OUR GOOD if we love Him and obey Him!

  2. I like this. Never talked about in church. This is true! There has to be evil in order for us to be able to choose between good and evil and God made them both to work for Him. Like it or not people, evil works for God!
