Jeremiah 1:5 (Torah)
Before I created you in the womb, I selected you; Before you were born, I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet concerning the nations.
Life begins before conception according to this scripture. That “mass of tissue” being formed into a body is already a life.

Psalms 139: 13-16 (Torah)
It was You who created my conscience; You fashioned me in my mothers womb. I praise You, for I am awesomely, wondrously made; Your work is wonderful; I know it very well. My frame was not concealed from You when I was shaped in a hidden place, knit together in the recesses of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed limbs; they were all recorded in Your book; in due time they were formed, to the very last one of them.
In this verse David is acknowledging that God created his conscience (spirit) even before he was physically conceived during sexual intercourse in the lowest compartment of his mothers womb. God’s Eyes saw and He fashioned the splendor and pattern of his physical form before he was born, before he came into the world, like so were all the creatures of the world revealed before God prior to their creation, including all unborn babies.
God desires repentance from His creation. If you have killed a baby or are thinking of doing so PLEASE DON’T DO IT. God has a purpose for every life just as there is a purpose for your life. Give that life the chance of becoming a holy servant for God, perhaps God will use that life to bless you in an unimaginable way. ‘A man or woman, when they do any of the sins of man to trespass against G-d, and that soul becomes guilty, they shall confess their sins which they have done’ (Numbers 5:6-7). The requirements for repentance include a change of mind, a feeling of regret, and a determination to change, along with an effort to repair the effects of one’s misdeed.
